All group sessions have a maximum of 3 people and are for 45 minutes.

Each session is programmed to include a balanced combination of strength, conditioning, cardio and stretching.

All fitness level’s are welcome and encouraged! Due to the small nature of my group classes I am able to monitor and modify exercise’s as required.

Cost per class is $25.00 per person.
