My small group fitness sessions have a maximum of 4 women and run for 45 minutes. Each group fitness session is programmed to include a balanced combination of strength, conditioning, cardio and stretching.
All fitness level’s are welcome and encouraged! Given the small nature of my classes, this means I am able to monitor and modify exercise’s as required ensuring each participant works to their own capacity and capability.
Sessions are held in my fully equipped private Garage Gym located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and a full timetable of available classes can be viewed below.
